Jump Head upside Down
Start with a normal jump, but the moment you take off, swing your head and chest backwards.
To help your body move into and inverted position quickly and effortlessly, bend your legs (bring the board closer to your bottom). Once upside down, all you need to do is stretch your legs, To come back right side out, bend your chest and keep your legs stretched. The impulse of the chest is enough to bring you back right side out.
With practice, you will improve this jump by totally stretching your body and your arms. You can also elaborate this jump with a back hand grab or landing in the opposite direction.
