Basic Jump
The principle of the jump is to use the power of the kite by piloting it towards the top and by adding the cruising speed to its force.
The easiest way is to go fairly 90 degrees according to the wind, the kite positioned at halt the height of the wind window or a bit higher. then take a good edge (heel side) while quickly piloting the kite towards the top.
The trick is to coordinate the edging and the position of the kite to have the maximum traction towards the top.
In the air keep the kite in the same position, otherwise your landing will not be soft. keep you bar pulled in, during the jump.
It is harder to land than to jump, but the final touch of a jump is a successful landing. the higher you jump, the later you will pilot the kite back to its original position. to make landing easier, place your baord down wind.
